A mysterious portal opens up in the Mushroom Kingdom and flicks everybody into another world! The Leafy Kingdom, as it is called, is under the command of Philox, an evil alien emperor. Mario awakes upon this world, not knowing his whereabouts. He soon comes across Toadsworth, who is attempting to put an end to Philox. Toadsworth explains how Philox will use the Warp Zone to reach another kingdom, and that it may cause a huge disturbance within! Mario's task is to stop Philox's ship from departing by destroying the communications tower. Will Mario succeed?
